TOM Y JERRY

Ingredientes

1 cucharadita de azúcar
1 yema de huevo
1 clara de huevo
75 cc de ron oro o añejo
nuez moscada en polvo

En una taza batir la yema y el azúcar. Añadir el ron y la clara batida. Completar con leche o agua hirviendo al tiempo que se revuelve. Espolvorear con la nuez moscada.
